May 4th Friday - Day in St Valery, train to Crotoy

 

Weather - more sunshine than cloud, nice one

 

 

Comments - took the delightful train round the bay to Crotoy.Fabulous seaside resort.

 

Strolled round market & along beach promenade. Drinks by the port

 

 

 

but too late for moules & frites, so had cheese on toast at 5.30pm on our return.

Collette & I went for a 2hr bike ride to tour the medieval city, the old abbaye,

 

 

towards Cayeux sur Mer where able to see whole of the bay at low water.

Cooked a duck chow mein. Super day.
